  As one of the first professional fund management companies in China, Guotai Asset Management Co., Ltd was set up on March 5, 1998, with a registered capital of RMB 110 million. So far, the company is managing 13 mutual funds (including three closed-end funds and 10 open-end mutual funds) and several Social Security Fund (SSF) portfolios, adding up to approximately RMB60 billion worth of asset management. The company has returned to investors over RMB 7 billion with dividend over the past ten years. Tiding over the bullish and bearish markets in China during the past ten years, Guotai AMC has successfully established an advanced, scientific governance structure and management procedure to ensure identified entity, specified responsibility, effective balance and smooth operation, thus provide the maximum interests guarantee to fund holders, shareholders and employees. We have gained a trust from several million of investors, including National Council for Social Security Fund (NCSSF) by “no violation and low risk”. Guotai AMC won a licence for a corporate annuity investment manager from Ministry of Labor and Social Security on November 27, 2007 and became one of the 7 fund companies among 59 companies in China to possess both the licences for Social Security Fund and corporate annuity investment manager.
