| 工作职责: |
1、Strategic Vision and Planning: Provide leadership and vision in the development and implementation of the strategic direction for the brand’s retail business. Ensure that China country plans and strategies are calibrated with this brand’s global strategic direction. Work with the brand’s business unit leaders and distribution partners to ensure direction and collaboration expectations are clear.
2、Retail Operations: Monitor and oversee the rollout of the brand’s retail door plans. Build the organization within China and coordinate the support plans, timelines and materials. Ensure BU and Partner involvement to achieve overall success. Ensure proper back of house systems are in place to meet future growth needs. Manage Space Planning, and fixture program inventory from multiple fixture vendors. Lead our brand’s partners in developing and ensuring success of their retail stores.
3、Maximize the Consumer’s Brand Experience: Ensure this brand is presented in a compelling, brand enhancing and innovative way to consumers so they will perceive this brandas the leading Lifestyle brand in the market. Ensure that across the region we achieve consistent visual merchandising standards, assortment planning expertise and space management objectives. Ensure proper differentiation and segmentation between the different retail formats.
4、Communication: Communicate effectively across business units internally and globally as well as with our Distribution partners, suppliers and retailers. Be in alignment and ensure retail is addressing the strategic needs of the BU’s and brand at retail. Ensure reporting tools are in place to allow visibility internally and to HQ of progress is being made.
5、Expand Distribution: Ensure this brand’s Retail, in collaboration w/Commercial team, is aggressively growing managed space as part of an overall strategy to expand distribution in country; utilize marketplace mapping, city planning and other site selection methods and look to grow in new channels of distribution to capitalize on the key fields of play in direct, managed as well as multi-brand shop-in-shop spaces.
6、Design Collaboration: Provide feedback on new retail related design and be proactive on collaborating with Designers, Suppliers and internal and external partners on what works and what doesn’t. Collaborate on development and solutions when needed. Provide direction for quarterly assortment plans and the execution in Retail formats/channels.
7、Develop the Country Retail Organization: Hire, train, lead, and develop an organization to ensure the planned growth of this brand’s Retail in China. Facilitate training seminars as necessary internally and externally w/Dist. + Retail partners on any new retail roll outs or initiatives. |
