| 工作职责: |
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Designs and leads the implementation of the ITIL practices on Service Operation to facilitate operational excellence on a day-to-day basis for the IT Operations and Services Department.
2.Introduces control activities to enforce the compliance to the formulated processes.
3.Monitors and reports on all IT Operations and Services Department processes to enforce the best practices.
4.Participates in formulating the continual service improvement initiatives.
5.Participates and contributes in selection of tools for different functions of IT Operations and Services and project manage the implementation of the tools.
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
1.Completion of the process and procedure manual for all key operations of ITOS.
2.Control points and related control activities for each set of processes and procedures are defined.
3.The defined processes and procedures are being followed with regular reports showing the level of compliance. No major process compliance issues are identified in corporate audit activities.
4.Improvement activities for the operations of IT Operations and Services Department are designed based on ITIL Service Management.
5.Tools for ITOS are appropriately selected and deployed effectively and are compliant to the ITIL processes defined.

| 任职资格: |
Qualifications /Experience:
•Tertiary degree with 8 years experience in related field.
•ITIL Service Manager certified
•Knowledge of ISO20000 (certification preferred)
•Solid experiences in participating and/or managing ITIL implementation projects
