| 工作职责: |
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Develops and implements policies, procedures and tools for the measurements and reporting of SLAs and OLAs committed by ITOS and external service providers.
2.Understands business requirements of HK Jockey Club behind the SLAs and OLAs that ITOS and external service providers are committed to fulfil.
3.Assists the Manager, IT Service Management, to establish and manage the SLAs and OLAs that ITOS and external service providers are committed to fulfil, and to build and maintain the related records.
4.Monitors, measures and reports on the fulfilment of SLAs and OLAs committed by ITOS and the external service providers.
5.Defines, Reviews and Executes the processes and procedures for the fulfilment of the contracts with external service providers.
6.Participates in formulating the continual service improvement initiatives complying with the ITIL and ISO20000 standards with respect to the SLAs and OLAs committed by ITOS and external service providers.
7.Participates in Corporate Audit activities related to SLA/OLA and external vendor contracts
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1.Recommendation of policies, procedures and tools in place.
2.Articulating SLA and OLA results with respect to business requirements.
3.Fulfilment of SLAs and OLAs committed by ITOS and external service providers.
4.The SLAs and OLAs committed by ITOS and external service providers are met and the related performance reports are produced timely.
5.The compliance of the processes and procedures defined for the fulfilment of the contracts with external service providers.
6.Ensuring that meeting SLAs and OLAs committed by ITOS and external service providers is one of the key objectives in service improvement initiatives.
7.Ensuring the compliance of SLA/OLA management processes and procedures that no major issues are identified in corporate audits of the club.

Qualifications /Experience :
•Tertiary degree with 8 years experience in related field with 3 years in supervisory capacity
•Knowledge of Project Management
